Easy Protein Shake Recipe

Hello everyone! Protein shakes can be gross, believe me, I'm so picky! This protein shake recipe that I have made is delicious, filling, and healthy!

Ingredients:
-1/2 banana
-1 handful of spinach
-1 scoop of protein powder (I use this brand)
-1 teaspoon of powdered peanut butter (I use this brand)
-1 pinch of chia seeds
-5-6 cubes of ice
-Water, enough to make it easy for the ingredients to blend in the blender
