My 5 Go-To Snacks

I am obsessed about healthy snacks! Ever since I started this journey, I have been looking up healthy snacks to satisfy myself or are easy to make. Here are my favorites!

1. Fruit and nut mix
I was inspired by Sarah Day to create my own fruit and nut mix. Basically, take mixed nuts plus your favorite dried fruits or seeds and mix it together! Done! For my mixture, I have almonds, cashews, pecans, pistachios, hazelnuts, dried cranberries, and coconut shavings! It's delicious and I have it almost every day!
2. Cucumbers + salad dressing
I am not a huge fan of cucumbers by themselves; however, when I add Olive Garden salad dressing to them? Game changer. You can buy Olive Garden salad dressing at Walmart! Zucchini or carrots are some of my favorites too!
3. Fruits
I always try to make sure at home that there are fruits to snack on. I love bananas, apples, oranges, and watermelon!
4. Nuts
I try to stay away from peanuts because they are more fattening, but almonds, cashews, pecans, and hazelnuts are so good!
5. Good quality protein bars!
I am in love with RXBAR and Epic Performance Bars! They tell you the exact ingredients that are in the bars. They're filling, and healthy!
