What Diet and Workout Is The Best?

Fitness and healthy eating are common goals for people in our society. There's a lot of talk about which diet or workouts are best for you. So which one will give you the best results? Keto? Vegan? Gluten-free? Dairy-free? Atkins? Cardio? Strength training? Yoga? HIIT? Fasting? Which one works?!

Spoiler: It all depends on you and your body.

Sometimes we forget that we are all different and that nobody is the same. You have to consider your body type, genetics, and what you like to do. The healthy body weight for the person next to you isn't going to be the same as yours. 

Being on a fitness and health journey is about finding what works for you! Thousands of people that live a healthy lifestyle have found different ways to be healthy and fit. Some people get fit by doing strength training, running, HIIT workouts, and even swimming. Some people eat healthy by being vegan, gluten free, dairy free, or keto. It all depends on what you want and what is best for your body. 

Know that you don't have to be on a diet to be fit. Moderation and eating whole foods can be extremely important😁

Also, know that you don't have to suffer during your workout.
Don't like running? Try weight lifting!
Bored when doing yoga? Try HIIT workouts!
Want to push yourself? Try CrossFit or swimming!

Fitness and health can be achieved in multiple ways, not just one! However, I have noticed certain patterns that all healthy and fit people follow:

1. drinking lots of water
2. eat REAL food. Vegetables, fruits, and nuts!
3. exercising 
4. enjoying their workouts and meals

I encourage everyone to explore the options when it comes to fitness and health. Find your own health and fitness journey that makes you happy, confident, and strong.
