Healthy Cookie Dough

This easy, healthy, and delicious cookie dough recipe will blow you away! There are only 5 ingredients in it and it takes less than 10 minutes to make!



Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas (also known as garbanzo beans)
1/2 cup of nut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
chocolate chips

Drain the chickpeas with a strainer and run water over them to remove the liquid that they were in. Then, put the chickpeas, nut butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in a food processor. After all of the ingredients are blended together, scoop the dough into a bowl. Then, add as many chocolate chips to the dough as you like! I used dark chocolate chips!

That's it! I put my cookie dough in a container and stuck it in the fridge. Enjoy!
