15 Minute Healthy Meal

I make this meal about 2-3 times a week. It is so easy to prepare and great for meal prepping. I usually make broccoli because my family loves it but any veggie would work! It takes me about 15 minutes to make this meal and it is nutrient-dense and simple. Enjoy!




CHICKEN:

While working in a hospital kitchen, I discovered Montreal seasoning {via}. I season the chicken with Montreal seasoning, coarse sea salt, and minced garlic on the chicken and cook the chicken in a pan on medium-high heat using olive oil. The chicken has so much flavor! If you don't have Montreal seasoning, use whatever seasoning you use for steak. 

BROCCOLI:

I air fry the broccoli for about 12 minutes at 400F. If you do not have an air fryer, you can roast the broccoli in the oven for 20-25 minutes. I season the broccoli with Cavender's seasoning {via} and garlic powder and cook the broccoli with olive oil. Cook the broccoli until it is crispy! If you do not like broccoli, you can cook zucchini, yellow squash, peppers, etc in a pan with the chicken.


RICE:

I have a pressure cooker that I use to make my rice but you can easily steam it over the stove. I like Jasmine or Basmati rice but any rice will work!


After everything is made I eat the rice and broccoli with soy sauce! Thank you for reading and enjoy making this delicious meal!
