Practicing Social Distancing

COVID-19 has impacted people of all ages. I am taking classes online, daycare facilities are closed, people are losing jobs, and small businesses are struggling. Today I am sharing activities that you can do while practicing social distancing! 

WORKOUTS

Nature:
  • Go outside on a hike!
  • Explore in the woods
  • Start a garden
  • Take your dogs on a walk

BOOKS
I just got The Genius Life by Max Lugavere and I am so excited to read it! Grab that book that has been collecting dust and start reading!


ORGANIZE
  • Organize shoe closet and donate shoes that you don't wear anymore
  • Organize clothes wardrobe and racks!
  • Go room to room and find drawers to clean and organize
  • As you all know, people are stocking up on food. Go through your fridge and pantry and throw away any expired foods. 
  • Go through your medicine cabinet and make sure that you are not out of any medicine
ENTERTAINMENT
  • Puzzles, board games, and video games
  • Netflix shows like Gilmore Girls, Love is Blind, Criminal Minds, and Forensic Files are really good!
  • Listen to podcasts, my favorites are The Skinny Confidential, The Ben Shapiro Show, The Ed Mylett Show, Mind Pump, and The School of Greatness.
